Goblin Nest is a simple resource management game. Build your nest and increase your population by raiding villages and bringing defeated enemies back to your base.

Goblins went extinct! That is until... Lilith, Daughter of Hell, brought your kind back from the dead. Built your nest, capture powerful enemies, regrow your population, and take over the land.
BUILT
Manage population's mood, income and rations. Figure out ways to optimize cell placements for efficiency. Grow and decorate your nest into a multi layer, self sustaining factory.
CUSTOMIZE
Edit and personalize each cell. Toggle clothing options for each part.
RAID
Send units out on raids, bring back captured enemies and loot. Unlock new cells by combining blueprints.
CAPTURE
Find powerful enemy Heroines across the land. They are not easy to capture but their rewards will be worth it. Unlock different species of monsters and enemies as you progress further.

For now, there are no differences. The full game on steam will have steam achievements but not itch.
Hi! Love the demo. Can anyone help me understand why the mood keeps seriously tanking when I play? I make sure that the stalls stay clean and there's enough food and yet I keep losing mood the longer I play. Thanks!
You need to have enough pleasure stalls to keep up with upkeep.

Really awesome demo!
A few suggestions, but maybe I just missed it:
1) More descriptions. Had to figure some things out like giving milk to goblins & the level of the milk.
2) Choose which goblins are in the nest. Ended up losing most of my basic goblins, but had a lot of shaman(?) goblins & I wanted as many basic for my front line.
3.) Pleasure rooms need to be more worth it. Currently breeding rooms & pleasure rooms both give 3g, but pleasure rooms are way more expensive.
Anyways, it is an amazing demo & I look forward to seeing where it goes!
the UI for this is not very optimal but not all breeding rooms are created equal. Room 1 & 2 give you 3 coins and 1 happiness. Room 4 gives you five coins fe.
The pleasure rooms give you happiness / coins based on the star level of the girl inside. Popping a 3 star girl into the face fuck station gives 8 coins. So very much worth it.
But I agree that the UI here could be a lot better. Especially since the NEW tag covers the benefits on new rooms :)
Yeah, I ended up figuring all this stuff out. My points of 2 & 3 are actually not applicable as I just didn't understand it at first.
Really of those 3 suggestions, only 1 would be helpful because it did take me a second run to learn a couple of things. Just like a "?" tooltip or something that you can hover over.
Also didn't realize how the guide in the top right was organized at first, so probably on me for not reading the whole thing before posting.

I see SO much potential in this game, so much Ideas on different mechanics, there is enough to make the best erotic games Ever !!!
game reminds me aloot of monster black market wich i loved,love the battle mechanics and smooth animation's. cant wait for the full game/smaller updates to the demo i need to play this game more ill deff stick around to see how the game evolves other then that amazing work.
Really enjoyed the demo, it was great fun! Reminded me a bit of Goblin Burrow which I also liked. I had a few suggestions: Cleaning stalls can get a little tedious after you get a bunch of stalls. Maybe the full game could have an purchasable upgrade that allows you to set some of your captured women as maids who clean up the stalls for you? Also it would be nice if captured units could occasionally make comments. So you could have a nun on display praying for their god to send someone to rescue them, or Hathor threatening and cursing the goblins as they milk her. With a lot of potential girls, they'd just be short comments that pop up and don't need a mouse click to bypass so they don't clutter things too much or slow things down.

I really liked the Pixel Art, and the gameplay was fine I think. But I really feel like the game needs some QoL.
This is rare, and there aren't many games with the same gameplay that achieve this level of quality. I can't think of any reason to reject this game. Now just have to wait for the full version. (=w=)

Can you make it so you can navigate across the screen using left and right arrow keys as well as "A" and "D" key? And then, can you add more key binds to open up menus? I love the point and click mechanic, but I think that should be option. Besides those minor things, I love the game and I want to donate in the future. <3
And, a personal request, add more things to grow the army faster like birthing twins or custom traits for the units.
is there going to be any plans to have more detailed cg for this game my main problem with the game is the sprites are way to small to get any like sexual feelings from them the blow job is not really great in its current state also this game suffers from all the women being stuck in the wall because for most scenes you see more goblin ass than girl i know you can like lesson the transparency of the goblins but it still suffers from the lack of different angles and positions and makes collecting new girls feel meaningless because its always the same looking ass in the wall having a option to play a cutscene like how it is on heroine conquest on bosses is a perfect compromise so you don't have to go super in detail on randoms. the second big problem is the gameplay loop isn't as good as other titles maybe having the raids be more interactive such as clicking on enemies in the town or playing as one of the goblins would help not make this game feel like a chore at times i am aware upgrades exist but the journey to them is slow and very uninteresting having random evens on the way to villages might spice it up like having option of splitting loot with orcs for more troops or splitting it with a powerful warrior for sex stuff like that in my person opinion without those two changes i don't think this game would reach its full potential.
Sorry I do not have plans for these things for this game. This game might not be for you then, and perhaps my future works will be more suitable for you.

* Lilith needs to be breedable at some point
* Hopefully there's more explicit detail of vagina x penis penetration - I know pixels of that size make it hard to do
* Major lack of profile animations is not great
* Would love to see pillory & hanging shibari
* Random intercourse duration would be nice
* Random intercourse top thrust speed would be nice
